A non-refundable deposit of $250 (with an additional PayPal service fee added) is due at the time of booking. The rest of the balance is due by June 1, 2026.

For All Exclusive with Lexi, please contact 225-445-6725 for booking and pricing. Limited spots available. You will be invoiced separately for Lexi's exclusive rate if she has availability.

The Vivace team limits the number of contestants we take at each pageant, including per division. Schedules are made in advance and we cannot guarantee who your artist will be for each service. If a contestant wishes to book with a guarantee that only Lexi will provide the contestant hair and makeup services, there is an upcharge for this service and she is further limited to how many exclusive clients she can take.

If you wish to book only with certain artists, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate those requests but please note there may be an additional fee in order to make this work as each artist has limited availability.

Input the quantity needed for services to the service(s) chosen. This allows contestants to book multiple single look services if necessary or for families with multiple contestants to book for all children at once.

Touchups are not included. Touchups are an additional $250 to ensure that the schedule stays on track and to not interfere with other clients. There will be a designated time for touchups for those who have booked to come in and see an artist. A touchup is just to an existing look, not a redo of your look!

A 4% service charge has been added to all online bookings for Paypal or credit card payments. If you wish to save this charge, please contact us at vivacecosmetics@gmail.com so we can invoice you separately and provide alternative payment instructions for checks or Zelle.
